Terms for BlackDome services and APIs

Effective March 20, 2026. These terms summarize the baseline conditions for using the BlackDome website, ThreatDrop, and customer API services.

Acceptable use

You may use BlackDome services only for lawful security, research, and defensive operations. You must not misuse the platform to attack third parties, bypass access controls, or violate applicable law.

Service scope

BlackDome may change or improve features over time. Availability, rate limits, retention windows, and paid entitlements depend on your plan or commercial agreement. Customer APIs and datasets remain subject to authentication, abuse controls, and product-specific usage limits.
