Terms for BlackDome services and APIs
Effective March 20, 2026. Last updated: 10 May 2026. These terms summarize the baseline conditions for using the BlackDome website, ThreatDrop, and customer API services.
Agreement
BlackDome is operated by Krystal Unity Pty Ltd. These product terms supplement the Krystal Unity master Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. The Krystal Unity master Privacy Policy contains the umbrella privacy framework and full sub-processors list.
Acceptable use
You may use BlackDome services only for lawful security, research, and defensive operations. You must not misuse the platform to attack third parties, bypass access controls, or violate applicable law.
Service scope
BlackDome may change or improve features over time. Availability, rate limits, retention windows, and paid entitlements depend on your plan or commercial agreement. Customer APIs and datasets remain subject to authentication, abuse controls, and product-specific usage limits.
Threat telemetry and AI analysis
Honeypot-derived attacker telemetry collected from BlackDome-controlled infrastructure is used as security research and defensive threat intelligence, not as customer personal data. Model-assisted analysis may use Anthropic, OpenAI, and other approved Krystal Unity sub-processors listed in the master privacy policy.
Billing
Paid BlackDome plans, API packages, or commercial agreements may be billed through Stripe or invoice as agreed. Stripe acts as payment processor, and BlackDome does not store full card numbers.
